I have tried to make 2 cheese dishes in the last few days (broccoli cheese soup and scalloped potatoes and chicken) and the directions instruct you to put the food on low for a certain amount of time.The Rival 3 temp crockpot (low, high and warm) has boiled both cheese dishes to make the cheese curdle).Upon further investigation, my husband discovered that many owners of the Rival crockpot experience the same thing.We are trashing this one and getting a slow cooker with temperature settings.
