Rival 6-1/2-Quart Slow Cooker Review

I purchased this crock pot to replace my old crock pot when we remodeled our kitchen.It gets WAY too hot.It burned my new dark gray Corian countertops and boiled soup all over the countertops while on a LOW setting.I even exchanged for a new one, but had the same overheating problem.My old Rival crock pot was great, but I would not use this model.
